Important: MaxusBlast is trading software, not investment advice or a guarantee of profit. Trading leveraged products can result in substantial losses.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, access, and use of MaxusBlast, including its website, Expert Advisor software, documentation, updates, support, and community resources. By purchasing or using MaxusBlast, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not purchase, install, or use the software.

2. Product and Service

MaxusBlast is an automated Expert Advisor designed for use with MetaTrader 5 and compatible broker accounts that offer Dow Jones or US30 instruments. Features may include automated entries and exits, configurable position sizing, stop-loss management, and multiple risk presets.

Your plan includes the software access, documentation, tutorials, support, and community access described on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Broker compatibility, symbol names, spreads, execution, and platform availability vary and remain outside our control.

3. Financial and Trading Risk

Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, indices, commodities, and other leveraged products involves a high degree of risk. You may lose some or all of the funds in your trading account.

  • Performance targets, backtests, examples, and testimonials are illustrative and are not guarantees of future results.
  • Backtests rely on historical data and assumptions that may not reflect live spreads, slippage, liquidity, latency, or market conditions.
  • You are solely responsible for choosing a broker, configuring risk, monitoring your account, and deciding whether automated trading is appropriate.
  • MaxusBlast does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and does not manage customer funds.

Use only risk capital you can afford to lose and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

4. Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and permitted to use automated trading software in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws, broker rules, platform rules, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements that apply to you.

5. Orders, Prices, and Payment

Available plans, prices, billing periods, features, and taxes are shown on the website or checkout page before purchase. Checkout and payment processing are provided by Whop and its payment partners under their own terms.

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the price and interval presented at checkout until canceled. Lifetime plans involve a one-time payment for access for the supported lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of any individual customer, company, platform, broker, or device.

You authorize the checkout provider to charge the payment method associated with your account. We may correct pricing errors, reject fraudulent or unauthorized orders, or suspend access when a payment is reversed, disputed, or overdue.

6. Software License

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, MaxusBlast grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software during your active subscription or applicable lifetime plan.

Unless your purchase expressly states otherwise, each license is limited to one trading account. The software is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Share, sell, rent, sublicense, transfer, publish, or distribute the software or license credentials.
  • Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass protections, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use the product to violate laws, broker terms, platform rules, or third-party rights.
  • Misrepresent MaxusBlast performance, impersonate our team, or use our brand without permission.
  • Interfere with licensing, security, checkout, website, support, or community systems.

8. Installation, Support, and Updates

Support is provided through the channels and at the service level described with your plan. You remain responsible for maintaining a compatible device, MetaTrader 5 installation, broker account, internet connection, and correct settings.

We may release fixes, improvements, presets, or other updates. Updates may change features or compatibility. We do not guarantee support for every broker, platform modification, operating system, virtual private server, or third-party configuration.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a recurring plan through the checkout provider before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally create a refund for the current billing period.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable after digital access or software has been delivered. Any refund request is reviewed under the policy displayed at checkout and the rules of the payment provider.

10. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website, software, documentation, support, or community services. We aim to keep paid services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, continuous profitability, or compatibility with future third-party changes.

11. Intellectual Property

MaxusBlast, its software, strategies as implemented in the software, website, brand, documentation, graphics, videos, and related materials are owned by MaxusBlast or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

12. Third-Party Services

MaxusBlast depends on or links to services we do not control, including MetaTrader 5, MetaQuotes, brokers, market data providers, Whop, payment processors, Discord, hosting services, and internet infrastructure. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages, pricing, restrictions, data, or decisions.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxusBlast and all related materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant any profit, return, win rate, drawdown level, trade frequency, or specific result.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxusBlast and its owners, team members, contractors, and providers are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, broker actions, platform failures, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from or related to the product.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid to MaxusBlast during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you fail to pay, misuse the product, share a license, attempt to bypass security, create legal or security risk, or materially violate these Terms. On termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the software, except where an applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. General Terms

These Terms and the policies referenced here form the agreement between you and MaxusBlast concerning the product. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or operational changes. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown on this page. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
